The Turf is a 12,000 square foot indoor hybrid facility that combines a state of the art training facility with full service fitness club amenities. Located adjacent to Strength and Fitness Club, The Turf includes state of the art lighting & batting cages (including automatic pitching machines), pitching / catching tunnels and sports specific training.

Introduction to Speed, Agility & Strength Ages 8 & Up
This program is to help teach our youth the proper form in exercising and conditioning. This program is specifically designated for kids ages 8 & up to help them understand the benefits of working out along with:
Wrestling Club (Ages 6 & up): Whether in season or off season, the focus of this program is to stay sharp and ready all year long. The mentality is that there is no off season. We are focusing on the fundamentals necessary to stay in competition form all year long no matter what the age.
MMA Fitness (for Women): This class incorporates Mixed Martial Arts elements of boxing, muay thai kickboxing, wrestling, and brazilian jiu jitsu to allow the participant to learn the basic elements of the sport and get a killer workout in the process.
