This program is to help teach our youth the proper form in exercising and conditioning. This program is specifically designated for kids ages 8 & up to help them understand the benefits of working out along with:
- Building confidence
- Increasing strength
- Improving speed & agility
- Teaching/improving balance & coordination
- Increasing flexibility
- Reducing risk of injury
- Improving mental health
- Learning nutrition

8th Grade and Up
This program is for the advanced elite athlete looking to get bigger, stronger and faster.
- Grades 8 and up
- Includes sit down evaluation
- Training is 3 days a week
- Focus on individual areas of improvement.
- Sports-specific: baseball, softball, wrestling, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, BJJ and rugby
