Introduction to Speed, Agility and Strength

Ages 8 & up


This program is to help teach our youth the proper form in exercising and conditioning. This program is specifically designated for kids ages 8 & up to help them understand the benefits of working out along with:   

  • Building confidence
  • Increasing Strength
  • Improving speed & agility
  • Increasing flexibility
  • Reducing risk of injury
  • Improving mental health
  • Nutrition counseling

Grades 8 & up


This program is for the advanced elite athlete looking to get bigger, stronger and faster.

  • Grades 8 and up
  • Includes sit down evaluation
  • Training is 3 days a week
  • Focus on individual areas of improvement.
  • Sports-specific: baseball, softball, wrestling, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, BJJ and rugby
