Ray brings over 8 years organized baseball experience (at all levels). His achievements include:
- 90 mph fastball at age 16
- Scouted by Arizona Diamondbacks, Detroit, NY Yankees and NY Mets (2008)
- Played in the NY Mets Minor League System (2009)
- R.B.I. Tournament starting pitcher with record for strikeouts in the summer league (2012)
- Starting Pitcher for Union County College (UCC) (2012)
